-5th of August: Abstract announcement
-6th of August – 20th August: First wave full paper recollection
-21st of August – 11th September: Second wave full paper recollection
-24th of September – 2nd October: Assessment by the jury
-3rd of October: Grand finalist announcement
-4th of October – 10th October: Collecting presentation video
-17th of October: Winner announcement
