To create the visions, missions and goals above, the Faculty of Economics and Business UNDIP has five main values taken from the letters of UNDIP, which are: Understanding, Nurturing, Developing & Inspiring People. The meaning of the five values can be described as follows:
UNDERSTANDING : understand and meet the needs of stakeholders in order to create a fair and sustainable common prosperity
NURTURING : develop local wisdom in order to create religious and professional leaders who have global and sustainable insights
DEVELOPING : develop knowledge and technology in the fields of management, economics and accounting based on local wisdom
INSPIRING : provide new inspiration for the interests of humans and the environment
PEOPLE : placing humans as caliphs who create change for a fair and sustainable common prosperity
