The success of passing P2MW funding is an important milestone in Soysu’s business journey. Through the program, the team gained the opportunity to develop products, strengthen business models, and increase entrepreneurial capacity through various guidance and coaching programs. One of the advantages of Soysu’s business development is its collaboration with UNDIP Food Truck. This collaboration becomes a strategic means for the team to introduce the product to the wider community while testing the direct market response. The presence of Soysu in Food Truck UNDIP allows students to gain real experience in managing business operations, building interactions with consumers, and developing more effective marketing strategies. The head of the Soysu team, Mohammad Robbany Haidar Amna, revealed that this success is the result of the hard work of all team members who continue to strive to present quality products that are relevant to the needs of the market. “P2MW is a very valuable opportunity for us to develop Soysu more professionally. The support we receive is not only in the form of funding, but also coaching that helps us understand how to build a sustainable business. Collaboration with Food Truck UNDIP also provides valuable experience because we can interact directly with consumers and obtain input for product development,” he said. In the development process, the Soysu team received assistance from Dr. Idris, S.E., M.Si. as a supervising lecturer. Through the direction and guidance given, the team obtained input related to the preparation of business models, marketing strategies, product validation, and strengthening entrepreneurial aspects that are important factors in the success of participating in P2MW. The support given by FEB UNDIP is also an important factor in the journey of the Soysu team. An academic environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and entrepreneurial development provides space for students to implement their business ideas through various competition programs and business incubation. Soysu’s success in obtaining P2MW funding as well as collaborating with Food Truck UNDIP shows the importance of synergy between student innovation, lecturer assistance, and institutional support in creating sustainable businesses. This achievement is proof that FEB UNDIP students are not only excellent in the academic field, but also able to present creative solutions that provide added value to the community. In the future, the Soysu team is committed to continuously improving product quality, expanding market reach, and developing various new innovations that can meet the needs of consumers.
