Dr. Omar Hamdan Mohammad Alkharabsheh is currently a lecturer and an assistant professor at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), Malaysia. For his Ph.D. thesis, he analyzed the mediating effect of organizational culture between leadership styles and turnover intention: A study of public hospitals in Jordan. His current research interest is Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Business Administration. He is also one of the speakers in the Summer Course Program 2020, in the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University.
