Semarang, January 3, 2023. The Faculty of Economics and Business at Diponegoro University once again conducted a Cooperation Agreement for Investment Gallery of the Indonesia Stock Exchange between PT Bursa Efek Indonesia and PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia. The Indonesia Stock Exchange Investment Gallery is a means to introduce the capital market to the academic world at an early age.
The cooperation agenda was marked by the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement by Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, SE, M.Si., as Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Diponegoro University, Jeffrey Hendrick and Risa Effenita Rustam as Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, and Daniel Tedja as President Director of PT Phillip Sekuritas Indonesia (PSI).
The implementation of this partnership is a form of implementation of the duties of the Faculty of Economics and Business to provide the best quality education. It is hoped that the establishment of the Investment Gallery is expected to be a means of socialization and education in academic world, especially for Diponegoro University Capital Market Study Group, is a student activity unit that considers studying the world of Indonesian capital markets. So it is hoped that the academic community will not only recognize the Capital Market from the theoretical side but can directly practice it.
