National Seminar 2022: The Role of Multilateral Institutions in Economic Revival
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, on May 17, 2022, held a national economic seminar. This national seminar presented speakers James P. Walsh, Ph.D. (International Monetary Fund). Walsh currently serves as a Senior Resident Representative for Indonesia. The national seminar entitled The Role of Multilateral Institutions in Economic Revival was carried out in a hybrid manner, namely with an online meeting platform and offline held in the Hall of the Entrepreneurship Laboratory Building, FEB Undip. James P. Walsh focuses on issues related to monetary policy, and financial stability, particularly in Asia and the Americas. Walsh also serves as Deputy Mission Chief for the joint IMF-World Bank Financial Sector Assessment in China. Present as moderator Dr.rer.pol. May the deceased be given husnul khotimah and heaven by Allah SWT and the family left behind be given fortitude. The deceased will be buried in Probolinggo, East Java.

FEB Undip Holds a 165 Period Graduation Ceremony in a Hybrid Meeting
The Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University (FEB Undip) held a Graduation Ceremony for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, (9/2/2022). The graduation ceremony for the initial period in 2022 will be held in a hybrid manner at the Entrepreneurship Laboratory Hall, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, Semarang. The graduation ceremony was led by the Dean of FEB Undip, Prof. Dr. Suharnomo, S.E., M.Sc.. Attending offline leaders from departments, study programs and graduates from Bachelor, Master and Doctoral levels. In the speech of the representative for the 165th period graduates, Riesella Julia Putri (S1-Economics Study Program) said “Today is not the end of our struggle but the beginning of a long journey, this is a temporary stop for us (ready to) continue our journey to our destination. , in the next journey, let us prove that we have a major contribution to the development and welfare of the nation and state, through the professions that we will be in later.” Deputy Dean for Academics and Student Affairs, Firmansyah, S.E., M.Sc., Ph.D. welcomed the graduates and informed that FEB Undip had released as many as 294 graduates consisting of 186 graduates for Bachelor (S1), 85 for Masters (S2) and 22 Doctoral (S3) graduates. 41 Competent Students in Accounting Technician Competency Test Batch 1 Certification BNSP
A total of 41 students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University (FEB Undip) took the accounting technician competency test. The competency test activity was carried out at the Competency Test Place of the Accounting Technician Professional Certification Institute (LSP-TA) FEB Undip. The competency test which will be held for 3 days on 23-24 October and 31 October 2021 is the final activity after completing the Batch 1 Accounting Technician Training which will be held on 25-26 September and 2-3 October 2021. The competency test has 4 test schemes, namely the SAK ETAP-Based Financial Statement Preparation Cluster, the Computer-Based Accounting Application Operation Cluster, the Cash Funds Document Management Cluster and the Subsidiary Ledger Management Cluster. In the 4 test schemes, there are 13 competency units tested. The competency test carried out is supervised by FEB Undip and the Accounting Technician Professional Certification Institute (LSP-TA). Students who pass the 4 schemes (13 competency units) are declared competent and will receive a certificate bearing the Garuda Indonesia logo from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Meanwhile, for students who are not yet competent in several competency units, they are still given a certificate of competence stating that they are competent in the existing competency fields. Students who are not yet competent in several competency units can still take the retest for competency units that have not passed. The results of the competency test were 41 competent students in the field of accounting technicians who were carried out. With this achievement, it is hoped that after graduation these students can become qualified alumni and have competitiveness in the world of work and entrepreneurship. Students who pass the 4 competency test schemes can apply for the C.A.A.T. (Certified Associate Accounting Technician) to BNSP. The competency certification program for students in the Accounting study program is an ongoing program.
