A total of 41 students of the Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University (FEB Undip) took the accounting technician competency test. The competency test activity was carried out at the Competency Test Place of the Accounting Technician Professional Certification Institute (LSP-TA) FEB Undip. The competency test which will be held for 3 days on 23-24 October and 31 October 2021 is the final activity after completing the Batch 1 Accounting Technician Training which will be held on 25-26 September and 2-3 October 2021.

The competency test has 4 test schemes, namely the SAK ETAP-Based Financial Statement Preparation Cluster, the Computer-Based Accounting Application Operation Cluster, the Cash Funds Document Management Cluster and the Subsidiary Ledger Management Cluster. In the 4 test schemes, there are 13 competency units tested. The competency test carried out is supervised by FEB Undip and the Accounting Technician Professional Certification Institute (LSP-TA).

Students who pass the 4 schemes (13 competency units) are declared competent and will receive a certificate bearing the Garuda Indonesia logo from the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP). Meanwhile, for students who are not yet competent in several competency units, they are still given a certificate of competence stating that they are competent in the existing competency fields. Students who are not yet competent in several competency units can still take the retest for competency units that have not passed.

The results of the competency test were 41 competent students in the field of accounting technicians who were carried out. With this achievement, it is hoped that after graduation these students can become qualified alumni and have competitiveness in the world of work and entrepreneurship. Students who pass the 4 competency test schemes can apply for the C.A.A.T. (Certified Associate Accounting Technician) to BNSP.
