Professor Dr. Noor Ismawati Jaafar is a Professor at Faculty of Business and Economics, Universiti Malaya, Malaysia. She obtained her Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) qualification from Macquarie Graduate School of Management (MGSM), Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia. She holds a professional qualification as Certified Financial Accountant (CFiA) from Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). She is a member of the Association for Information Systems (AIS).

She teaches Accounting Information Systems (AIS) for undergraduate level and Management Information Systems (MIS) for postgraduate level. She has published in many refereed journals such as Government Information Quarterly, Computer in Human Behavior, Behavior and Information Technology, Industrial Data and Management Systems, Telematics and Informatics, International Journal of Mobile Communication and Internet Research. Her research areas are IT management, IT governance and human computer interactions. She is currently involved in researches on social media governance effect on employee, Internet addiction, IT occupational culture and national consumer confidence index.

She has been invited as a visiting professor, guest lecturer, keynote speaker and presenter for symposiums and conferences held in Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea and United Kingdom. She has also been appointed as mentor for the APRU Asia-Pacific Women in Leadership Mentoring Program (APWiL) representing Universiti Malaya. She aspires to achieve higher goals in her academic career in the university while embracing a more balanced lifestyle including making meaningful knowledge contribution to the society. Debbie has over 20 years broad experience in fashion and textiles and runs the consultancy ThinkCircular, as a circular strategist and activist, supporting designers, business and the wider industry transition towards a positive, regenerative fashion system.

From 2008 – 2021 she was Product Director at pioneering, sustainable outdoor clothing brand and Bcorp – Finisterre, where she led ambitious initiatives to significantly reduce the brand’s impact, through textile innovation, strategic partnerships and implementing circular business models.

Debbie is also a co-founder and passionate leader of the Fashion Declares Movement, a tutor on University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership (CISL) Business Sustainability Management Course and a trustee at environmental behaviour change charity Hubbub.

Rorokenes’ commitment to helping others is manifested by empowering community groups in Semarang and its surroundings actively. Regularly, Rorokenes holds skills training and collaborates with the Rorokenes cluster to produce woven leather bags. Up to now, there are three clusters that work together and they are supported by Rorokenes. The clusters consist of a group of tailors, a group of weavers, and a group of mothers with children with disabilities of cerebral palsy.

Dr. Arnold Japutra is a Senior Lecturer in marketing in the Business School at University of Western Australia. He was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia where he started his career in the education sector. Arnold received his Master’s degree in Indonesia and completed his doctoral studies in the UK. Prior to joining the University of Western Australia, he has worked in many different universities in Indonesia including Tarumanagara University, University of Indonesia and Gadjah Mada University. He has also served as executive leader during his tenure in Indonesia (e.g., Associate Dean of Engagement, Director of Relations Office). He further has consulting experience with several clients (e.g., Brand Alliance, Influential Brands, DTZ, Cheil-Samsung).

Arnold is passionate about brand management, relationship marketing, consumer psychology, and consumer behaviour, particularly in retail, hospitality, and tourism sectors. He is also enthusiastic on how technologies are affecting human’s lives. He has published several journal articles about consumer-generated media stimuli of website quality, mobile apps experiences, casual mobile game loyalty, consumers’ adoption of new technology, and so forth. His work has been published in many leading international journals.

Arnold is currently involved in several ongoing projects including the role of new technologies (e.g., AI, AR, VR) in shaping and developing customer experience, the development and management of digital innovation among senior managers, the factors that influence customer engagement within e-commerce mobile apps, and the role of transactive memory toward innovation and performance within the Fintech sector.

Dr. S Zaung Nau is currently a Lecturer in the School of Management and Marketing, Curtin University. For her Ph.D. thesis, she analyzed the determinants of public transport use in Western Australia and its temporal and spatial variations. Her research interests include collaborative e-learning, data mining, demand modeling and transport data analytics. She has been conducting her research on travel behavior patterns and demand planning for public transport and sustainable transportation in Perth, Western Australia. Her current research interest is the comparative analysis on private car use and public transport use to identify the areas where they are competing or complimenting each other. Her other research areas are geospatial analysis on socio-economic, public health and sustainability developments, especially in waste management to reduce the CO2 emission from it.
