Cahyaningratri is a teaching staff and researcher in the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Diponegoro. She obtained her Bachelor Degree from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Indonesia, and Master of Business from Monash University, Australia, where she develop a profound passion in Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain Management. Yaya is academically certified for GS1 System that enables international
business to achieve excellence in supply chain management, product traceability and overall operational efficiency and effectiveness. She is also passionate about hospitality industry and holds a Certificate III in Hospitality from William Angliss Institute, Melbourne. Her research projects focus on the supply chain and green implementation in multi-sector industries and SMEs.
