The Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University, on May 17, 2022, held a national economic seminar. This national seminar presented speakers James P. Walsh, Ph.D. (International Monetary Fund). Walsh currently serves as a Senior Resident Representative for Indonesia. The national seminar entitled The Role of Multilateral Institutions in Economic Revival was carried out in a hybrid manner, namely with an online meeting platform and offline held in the Hall of the Entrepreneurship Laboratory Building, FEB Undip. James P. Walsh focuses on issues related to monetary policy, and financial stability, particularly in Asia and the Americas. Walsh also serves as Deputy Mission Chief for the joint IMF-World Bank Financial Sector Assessment in China. Present as moderator Dr.rer.pol. Alfa Farah (FEB Undip lecturer) and the debater Esther Sri Astuti, Ph.D. (FEB Undip lecturer).
